Member Information
The
professional standards committee for Marriage and Family Therapists
is composed of four Independent Marriage and Family Therapists
and one public member, they are appointed by the Governor.
Peggy
Volters - from Miamisburg, was appointed to the Board for
a term ending October 10, 2011. She fills one of the positions
on the Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
Thomas McGloshen -from Dublin, was appointed to the board
for a term ending October 10, 2011. He is an Independent Marriage
and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor. He is
also Clinical Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University
College of Medicine. He is in private practice in Dublin. He received
the M.Div. from McCormick Theological Seminary, the M.A. (in Psychology)
from Western Kentucky University, and the Ph.D. (in Family Relations
and Human Development) from The Ohio State University.
Tommie
Robertson - from Cincinnati, was appointed to the Board for
a term ending October 10, 2009. He fills one of the MFT positions
on the Marriage and Family Therapist Board. Mr. Robertson works
at A Sound Mind Counseling, North Key Community Center in Covington,
Kentucky. He received his MS from the University of Kentucky with
a major in marriage and family therapy and holds an MFT license
in Ohio and Kentucky.
John
J. Cranley, IV -(Public Member) from Cincinnati, was appointed
to the Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist
Board for a term ending October 10, 2011.
Kenneth
Trivison - from Willoughby, was appointed to the Board for
a term ending October 10, 2009. He fills a licensed Independent
Marriage and Family Therapist position. He is in private practice.
Mr. Trivison is the former Director of the Center for the Prevention
of Youth Violence at Catholic Charities Services of Lorain County.
He has also served as a board member for the American Association
for Marriage and Family Therapists. He received his M.A. degree
in Educational Psychology from John Carroll University.
